LUNCH CRUISE ON THE SEINE - all year round
|
Passengers see all the richness of the monuments of Paris through the panoramic windows of the boat.
From the Eiffel Tower to the Statue of Liberty, a pianist and a violinist make your discovery of the capital richer with a commentary and famous songs.
The menu includes a choice of four starters (including a vegetarian dish), four main dishes (including one for vegetarians), a selection of fresh and mature cheeses and four desserts.
There are three different levels of service, Etoile, Select and Premier. Premier bookings are on round tables in the bows of the boat. Etoile includes half a bottle between 2 people (Muscadet or Bordeaux), the Select Service includes Vins de Pays d'Oc Chardonnay or Medoc (half a bottle between two people) and the Premier Service includes a Macon Fuissé and a Fronsac (half a bottle between two people).
Coffee and mineral water is included in each service. |

Dome of Bayonne ham, polenta and warm Cabecou goat?s cheese
Crispy prawns and Granny Smith apple filo parcels, liquorice vinaigrette
Frog?s leg and shallot bonbons, light lemon mousseline sauce
Duck breast and red lentil terrine
Rocket and black radish salad with parmesan shavings*
Main:
Blanquette of veal in coconut milk with a compote of mixed vegetables
Roast lamb, vegetable "tian" and rosemary gravy
Fillet of hake, truffle-scented potato purée
Chicken supreme, pumpkin and green aniseed clafoutis
Medley of vegetables and parmesan tuile*
Selection of fine cheeses
Dessert:
Warm apple tart
Cherry clafoutis
Iced lemon cream vacherin
Chocolate and caramel shortbread
Dessert of the day
Desserts must be ordered at the start of the meal.
