Housed in two adjacent historical buildings - the remains of Gallo-Roman baths and Cluny Abbey - the collections of the Musée offer an overview of the art and culture of Europe and the Middle East during the middle ages.
You will find Middle Eastern ceramics, religious stone sculptures, early gold jewellery as well as many exquisite tapestries, including the museum's most famous piece - The Lady and the Unicorn.
The collection also gives us an insight into daily life in the Middle Ages with well preserved everyday items and an impressive display of weapons and armour.
