El Club Allard, Restaurant, Madrid

This exclusive restaurant, established as a private club, has only been open to the public since 2003. Since then, it has become one of Madrid's hottest destinations, and subsequently one of the city's hardest reservations to make. In fact, reservations can only be made at the restaurant with parties of six or more.

Yet its reputation is well-earned, with a consistent rating of two Michelin stars, thanks to the innovative yet refined menu designed by head chef Maria Marte. Her three creative tasting menus are as fresh and original as they are decadent, featuring only premium quality, in-season produce. The menus, comprised respectively of 10, 12, and 14 courses, have been given the enticing titles of Rendezvous, Seduction and Revolution. The menus feature small portions of modern Spanish cuisine arranged in tantalizing presentations, just enough to keep you anticipating the next course.

The restaurant itself, housed in the elegantly modern Casa Gallardo building, features a wide range of tastefully designed dining rooms, in all different sizes and styles, in order to accommodate any party size or occasion. El Club Allard welcomes reservations for events ranging from private dinners to conferences and engagement parties.
