Au Moulin à Vent is a truly traditional French bistrot cum restaurant in the charming Latin Quartier which is still frequented by French students. It's just stepping away from the Institut du Monde Arabe.
Some notable first courses are the Bourgogne snails (€17) and the frogs sauteed Provencal style (€36), while main dishes include duck breast with pepper sauce (€27), veal kidney flambéed with Armagnac (€27) and liver à la Lyonnaise (€27).
