“Whenever I have an opportunity, I catch a train and go to Wales and hire a car and drive around”. Henry Thomas
Although Wales is one of the four countries that make up the United Kingdom, it has its own rhythms, culture and reasons to deserve a visit. It is a land of legend and legendary characters: it tells of dragons in its ancient stories and the epic of King Arthur was written for the first time in Welsh. A place that boasts breathtaking landscapes like Snowdonia, adorned with majestic castles like Caernarfon and bordered by magnificent coastlines, such as those of Pembrokeshire. Although Wales has relatively small dimensions, it is good to keep some considerations in mind for a first visit.
