Stroll through 21 rooms filled with rare secular and ecclesiastical treasures covering over a 1000 years of European history. The secular collection contains imperial artifacts from the House of Habsburg, including crowns, orbs and scepters glimmering with jewels and precious stones from all over the world. These treasures were designed to show-off the wealth and political power of their owners. The ecclesiastical collection contains numerous religious relics, icons and treasures, which used to belong to saints and important religious figures from their time.

It includes  medieval royal objects such as the Austrian imperial crown and insignia, as well as precious items from the Holy Roman Empire.without forgetting  magnificent gems such as the largest cut emerald in the world.
