Known to locals simply as “KaDeWe”, this is Germany’s leading department store. The store stocked goods which came from all over the world to Germany  when it opened in 1907.

Today, its eight floors are filled with luxury goods, from food to fashion. There is even a restaurant and a winter garden on the top floor.

Make sure you go to the delicatessen on the 6th-floor and sample some of the goods.
