The Rice Museum, Valencia

If you love Paella Valenciana you should definitely visit the museum of rice where you  can find out the traditional way in which  the rice is processed.

You will see an old rice mill built at the beginning of the 20th century, which was originally  in the Cabañal neighbourhood and  was reconstructed by the Valencia City Council.

The exhibition displays the old machinery, comparing it with the modern technologies and giving visitors the whole picture of this industry.
