The creators of Saturne have converted this old eatery, once the stamping ground of the clowns of the Cirque d’Hiver, into one of the most popular and elegant spots in the neighbourhood. Visit their iconic building dating back to 1902 for lunch, dinner, or simply a glass of wine in the evening.

The food on offer, courtesy of Chef Sota Atsumi’s careful selection, is based around modern French delicacies and tapas, complemented by seasonal products and elaborated by subtle nods to Spanish cuisine and other hints of Mediterranean influence. The fish and seafood dishes are highly recommended. They also have an unbeatable selection of organic wines.

The décor is striking, most of all the hand-painted tiles which adorn the walls and the glazed ceiling, both decorated with circus motifs. The restaurant is fantastically popular, so to be sure of a table best make a reservation.
