The Château des ducs de Bretagne is located on the right bank of the Loire river in the city of Nantes. This castle is the city’s most historic building along with the St Pierre Cathedral. Its ducal residence showcases 15th century inspirations with the first traces of the Renaissance era as well as 16th and 18th century buildings.
