Le Ventre de l'architecte on the 3rd floor of the Cité Radieuse Le Corbusier combines sensational food and views.
The restaurant offers outstanding views of the Frioul islands from the terrace, plus a unique interior design: Charlotte Perriand tables, Scandinavian chairs, Laroche lamps by Corbusier and Pipistrelle by Gaetana Aulenti.
Le Ventre de l'architecte is famous for its classic-but-chic cuisine by chef Jerome Caprin. The menu, which changes daily, owes a lot to the chef’s brilliant visions and interpretations of produce and dishes. A plate of delectable Tourteau ravioli and the subtle harmony of vanilla and mango panacotta are just a few examples of the restaurant’s remarkable savoir faire. All the food is made based on fresh and seasonal market produce.
It might be a bit on the pricey side, but their menus (lunch menu €29, dinner menu €61) are worth every cent.
