A space dedicated to repairing mechanical vehicles as well as hosting cultural events and a funky cafe/bar, Le Garage Moderne is, yes you’ve guessed it, a unique Bordeaux experience.

Not far away from La Cité du Vin, the garage helps locals repair their cars and bikes with the help of professional mechanics. Created in 2000 in the former industrial and mechanical complex, Le Garage Moderne combines mechanics and arts. During the summer they host tons of cultural events and exhibitions. Head over to this steel cathedral to grab a bite and have a drink in their hip community café. Every Thursday you can catch an event: concerts, shows, exhibitions openings and other artistic performances.
