A beach-style seafood restaurant overlooking the Garonne right next to Darwin Eco-système and Le Parc aux Angéliques.
Les Chantiers de la Garonne is in an old shipyard that was built in 1902 and used until 1979. Now the space has been converted into a restaurant by the Darwin group and is also used by the sailing club Les Marins de la Lune. The latter offers water sport activities such as rafting or sailing, so you can work up an appetite before your meal. In the summer, bury your feet in La Chantier’s sandy outdoor terrace while tasting oysters and sipping cocktails (starting from €12). In the winter, enjoy views of the Garonne and the city of Bordeaux while cosily sat in the restaurant's panoramic dining room.
