In Mulas and Pedrosa Gallery they believe that everybody deserves the soul nourishment that only art can provide.
Located in the heart of Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter, Mulas and Pedrosa Gallery is a collective of six well-established national and international artists, all of whom have over 35 years of experience in the art world. Its founding members, Caterina Mulas and Andreia Pedrosa, are both artists and art connoisseurs who are passionate about contemporary art and keen to share the satisfaction that they find in art with others.
In 2017 they opened their doors of the gallery to the public, where they exhibit a selection of paintings, drawings, sculptures and jewellery made by the artists in the collective. Their aim is to make contemporary art more accessible to the public. They believe that you shouldn’t have to be rich or a connoisseur to enjoy the wonders of art, and that everybody deserves the soul nourishment that only art can provide. To achieve this objective they opt for smaller sized paintings that will fit in tourists’ suitcases or in the small flats of Barcelona, they offer payment plans, and if you’re lucky you may even find lower prices in the shop than online. They go to all of this effort to democratise art and to share it’s charm.
