The Musée Marmottan Monet are opening the doors on to the world of private collections by displaying 60 rare, and never-before seen, artworks by masters of the Impressionist and Fauvist eras.
Take the Musee Marmottan Monet by the hand and walk with them through their secret garden of wonders from the late 19th century Impressionist era to early 20th century Fauvism. This fruitful and blossoming display celebrates the vitality of art in all its kaleidoscopic glory and multi-disciplinary forms. All 60 pieces exhibited are intriguing, as they all come from private collections and many of them have never been exhibited in public before. The exhibition includes work by Monet, Degas, Caillebotte, Renoir, Rodin, Camille Claudel, Seurat, Signac, Emile Bernard, Gauguin, Van Gogh, Redon, Vuillard, Bonnard, Derain, Vlaminck and Matisse.
