Anne-Sophie and Alex offer a simple menu focusing on regional food which is in season. Through his cooking, Alex shares the story of the local producers, craftsmen and farmers that he works with; the cuisine is simple, generous and bold, putting the product at the heart of the dish.
The inside is decorated with a mixture of raw and industrial materials with the kitchen in the middle; the owners wanted it to be at the very heart of the culinary experience.
The traditional blackboard menu changes weekly, offering two or three courses at €28 and €34. An evening tasting menu delivers between six and eight courses of the most seasonal and locally inspired produce (€60). Anne-Sophie has chosen winemakers from all over France to go with Alex’s dishes, thoughtfully sourced from the couple’s travels.
