Priest's House Museum & Garden, Wimborne

This historic Grade II listed building dates back to the 16th-century.

The house has been restored to retain many of its original features including the 17th-century main hall and 18th-century parlour and Victorian kitchen. It tells the story of rural life in the market town and the daily lives of people in the house and surrounding area. Various exhibits include the history of the building and its previous religious use as the home of various Ministers, but also reconstruction displays of the local businesses which were once housed in the building and a walled garden for you to discover.
