Leeds Industrial Museum at Armley Mills, Leeds

This museum exhibits industrial heritage, with collections of textile machinery, railway equipment and heavy engineering.

It has many galleries exhibiting different aspects of industry to explore, such as the “Palace Picture House” which is one of the smallest 1920s cinema in the world, the “Tailoring Gallery” which lets you discover how Leeds helped launch high street fashion and the “Media in the Mill” exhibit, which celebrates the creative industries in Leeds through moving image cameras, photography equipment and a wide range of printing presses.
