Pointe de la Torche, Brittany

The headland is on the tip of the Baie d'Audierne, where you can walk along its long stretch of white beach and sand dunes, beside Brittany’s vast ocean.

This headland is a rich historical spot, with findings from the Bronze Age and carvings of the Life of Christ in the headland. The Tronoën chapel reveals the headland’s medieval heritage through its Gothic architecture. You can also explore its extensive floriculture, such as its strips of pink and yellow tulips in its flower fields. This is popular windsurfing territory  with the windsurfing championships once held here.
