Doris Langley Moore donated her collection to the city of Bath in 1963, which is now held in the Fashion Museum.
It includes over 100,000 clothes for men, women and children, from the late 16th-century to the present day. The earliest pieces are embroidered shirts and gloves from around 1600. The collection is considered world-class for its collection of contemporary and historic dress, which is housed in the Assembly Rooms. You are guided through the museum via audio guide.
