Royal Air Force Museum, London

There are three galleries for you to explore in this museum,  which cover the first 100 years of the RAF up until its role in today’s world.

The rest of the site includes a multi-award winning First World War in the Air Gallery, Historic Hangars, the Bomber Command Hall and a 4 Dimensional Theatre where you can experience what it is like to be either a pilot of a B-17 Bomber on a mission over enemy territory, a pilot in a desert race or a time traveller, fast-forwarding through decades of advances in aviation technology. Throughout the year the museum also runs events, lectures and temporary exhibitions.
