Flanked by 20 metres high cliffs, the headland is close to Le Conquet and has varied landmarks, with its white and red lighthouse which is next to a ruined abbey dating back to the 11th-century.
On the jagged cliffs there is also a small museum in the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce chapel where you can see the abbey’s historic relics. Through the port of Le Conquet, you can visit the Molène island which is the largest of Brittany’s cluster of islands in the Iroise National Nature Reserve. The Iroise reserve has a diversity of marine animals including dolphins and seals.
