Blaise Castle Estate, Bristol

The castle is a folly, built in 1766. The site has been occupied since the Neolithic period and was monastic land sold after the Dissolution of the Monasteries. The estate was occupied until 1926 when it was sold to Bristol City Council.

Blaise house is run as a museum and holds a varied collection.
