Museum of Liverpool, Liverpool

Reflecting on the city’s global significance, this museum explores how the port, its people and their creative and sporting history have shaped the city over the last 200 years.

The museum was the largest newly-built national museum in the UK for over 100 years and is powered using entirely state-of-the-art renewable and energy efficient technologies. Its most popular displays look at the life, work and leisure activities of Liverpool people from all walks of life.
