Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery, Exeter

RAMM cares for diverse collections consisting of over one million individual objects and specimens from around the world.

The collections are divided into eight categories: antiquities, costume and textiles, decorative art, ethnography, fine art, natural sciences, numismatics and social history, most of which was collected in the 1860s. Displays held at the museum reveal Devon and Exeter’s rich history and global connections from prehistoric times to the present.
