Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum, Gloucester

Located on Gloucester’s historic docks, this museum tells the story of the lives of Gloucestershire soldiers over the last 300 years.

You can try on Army uniforms, look into a First World War trench and learn about medals and how they were won. There are changing exhibitions as well as a Soldiers of the Month display. Its exhibits range from the Napoleonic Wars, the Age of Empire, the World Wars, Korea and up until modern day conflicts.
