Studio Museo Achille Castiglioni, Milan: All Year

Studio Museo Achille Castiglioni is the studio of one of Italy’s most prominent figures, Achille Castiglioni.  He was a teacher, architect, and designer who made grand contributions not only for Italy, but society as a whole. 

This crammed design studio was his workplace from 1944 until his death in 2002.  He designed rather interesting objects like bicycle seats or funny glasses.  Now open as a museum, the studio is a true hidden gem because visitors can see the real objects right in front of them in their birthplace.
