Hotel Chocolat is the only UK company to own its own cocoa plantation: the Rabot Estate in Saint Lucia, West Indies, which it bought in 2006. In 2011, they opened their first hotel there: the Boucan Hotel, which has six lodges and a cocoa-inspired Boucan Restaurant. The inventive design and packaging makes a choice all the more difficult. Plenty of original ideas for gifts.
