A charming restaurant in Paris, Restaurant Pirouette is extremely well received and is located comfortably in the lively Les Halles neighborhood.
This sleek, modern restaurant set in the trendy Les Halles neighborhood has a simple, modern menu to match. You can choose from among five different starters, entrees, and desserts, mixing and matching as you please. The menu changes according to local, seasonal availability of produce, so you can be sure that your greens are always fresh and locally sourced!
The food itself consists of modern and original takes on classic French cuisine, including dishes like oeuf parfait and veal cheeks, which are designed and presented in surprising new ways. The plates are simple, elegant and delightful combinations of flavours, and the wine list is to die for, with over 130 selections of wine stored in its cellar. This is no surprise considering the restaurant was conceptualized by wine expert Jean-Marie Fréchet and his entrepreneurial brother Laurent Fréchet (who is also responsible for the impeccably modern yet warm interior of the restaurant). Talented and creative chef Tomy Gousset rounds out the team with his international gastronomic expertise, gained from working across the globe in New York. Pirouette makes a perfect lunch or dinner destination, and as an added bonus, it's one of the only restaurants that stays open on Monday night in Paris's city centre.
