Sergei Pavlovich Korolyov Museum of Cosmonautics, Zhytomyr, Ukraine

This extensive space museum opened in 1957 as a tribute to the Soviet rocket scientist and engineer Sergei Korolev.

Exhibits include space suits, the first artificial satellite in the world, and paraphernalia from the International Space Station. Take a look around a scale model of the Soyuz aircraft, or space technology like the Venus-7 launch vehicle. The museum also offers immersive tours and experiences, such as the Aeneas starship interactive tour, used for the training of professional pilots; a VR space experience; and the chance to have a chat in real-time with a talking robot.
