Michelin star chef Konstantin Filippou’s purist, straightforward cuisine is characterized by an unbridled passion for ingredients as well as an eye for what really matters: the essence of taste.The chef’s signature dishes -which include cod brandade with char caviar, poached mackerel with horseradish and radishes, organic egg with cuttlefish and pork belly, and field thistle with baby portobello, Périgord truffle, and jabugo cured ham - clearly reflect a strong Mediterranean culinary tradition.

The elegant dining room looks on to the  kitchen, where you can see the staff at work. Some of the dishes are even prepared at the table. A private dining space for up to 20 guests is available and in the summer don’t miss their magnificent outdoors terrace.
