This charming and trendy lunch place first began as a take-away only joint near Lyon’s Hôtel de Ville, selling healthy and delicious lunch boxes to go (€8). They have now expanded and opened another branch on Rue Paul Bert, less than ten minutes walk from Gare Part-Dieu, where you can sit and enjoy lunch or weekend brunch at their sleek restaurant. Check out the chalkboard for dishes, tarts, salads and desserts of the day as well as their Saturday and Sunday brunch options which change monthly, (€23 for the set brunch menu which includes a sweet and savoury dish, a cold drink and a hot drink). At Konditori, get good value for your money, as just for an extra €2 you can get one of the filling tarts or dishes of the day (originally €9.50 and €12.50 respectively) with a scrumptious dessert.
