Trendy café and contemporary art gallery in Eixample, Barcelona

Strategically positioned just around the corner from the University of Barcelona, this place is very popular with students and local hipsters. You don’t have to look hard to see why it’s always busy: Cosmo effortlessly combines two of the greatest things in life into one: food and art. The walls are covered with paintings and wall murals which change periodically, continually re-inventing the space and giving the cafe a new look.

Their menu offers a wide selection of food and drink to cater to anyone’s needs. They serve healthy breakfasts, light snacks and lunches, and amazingly indulgent cakes. You can get anything from a chai latte, to a beer or a gin tonic. And you can consume it all whilst basking in the art all around you - could you ask for more?!

As well as exhibiting upcoming artists, they also host concerts, cultural courses, pop-up shops and events here. They have three other branches in Barcelona: Café Cometa, Orion Café, and Cosmo Central.
