Teatr Groteska, Krakow

Longstanding venue for kids' & adults' puppetry shows, including works by Sophocles & Voltaire.

The theatre was founded in 1945 by directors, producers, pioneers of modern puppet art and visual theatre in post-war Poland from the theatre Zofia and Władysław Jaremów.

Shows are mostly addressed to children, but also - as a new form of theatrical art - to an adult audience.
