Jungmann Square, one of Prague’s lesser known city squares, separates the Old Town and the New Town.
Jungmann Square was given its name when a statue of poet and leading Czech National Revivalist Josef Jungman was placed there. It is home to the Church of Our Lady of the Snows, one of Prague’s tallest churches, as well as many shops and restaurants.
